Regeneron in Munich seeks a Senior Manager Market Access to drive access and reimbursement across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. In this hybrid role, you will develop pricing strategies, lead dossiers for 35a SGB V and 130b SGB V processes, and manage negotiations with statutory health funds.

You will collaborate with Medical, Commercial, Global Market Access and Pricing teams, monitor policy changes, and build strong stakeholder partnerships to advance access objectives.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Market Access & Pricing including strategy development.

• Excellent written and spoken German and English.
• Strong analytical, communication, influencing, engagement, problem-solving, ownership, and strategic planning skills.

This Role Requires

• University degree in health economics, natural sciences, pharmacy, medicine, business administration, or a comparable field.
• Experience in Market Access & Pricing, including market access strategy development and benefit assessment dossiers.
• Good knowledge of the German healthcare system, healthcare policy, and medicines legislation.
• Experience handling contracts with statutory health insurance funds.
• Ability to evaluate clinical, health economic, and market data and develop strategic recommendations.
• Experience with reimbursement price negotiations under
• 130b SGB V.
• Experience in oncology, hematology, neurology, rare disease, or related therapeutic areas.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English.
• Strong analytical, communication, influencing, engagement, problem-solving, ownership, and strategic planning skills.
