• You lead complex commercial strategy and transformation engagements from problem definition through implementation, delivering measurable impact for clients.

• You advise insurance clients on commercial excellence topics, including go-to-market strategy, sales and distribution, customer journeys, digital and AI strategy, product management, and pricing.
• You manage project teams and workstreams, overseeing budgets, timelines, quality, and delivery to ensure successful project outcomes.
• You build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor and communicating confidently across all levels of the organization.
• You lead, coach, and develop junior team members while contributing to business development initiatives and the continued growth of the Insurance Practice.
