PUMA is seeking a seasoned HR Controlling professional to lead global HR planning, budgeting, and forecasting. You will develop dashboards, deliver workforce insights, and partner with Finance and HRBPs to align workforce plans with business goals.

Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a plus. The role oversees international stakeholders and drives automation of reporting processes in a dynamic global sports brand environment.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in HR Rewards, HR Controlling or HR Reporting in a corporate function.
• Experience in implementing global HR processes and standards.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual abilities with a strong business mindset.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects and global stakeholders.
• Confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
• Fluent English language skills are required, German is an advantage.
