Jobtailor seeks a Trade Compliance Business Partner in Germany to advise stakeholders and bridge the compliance program with its implementation across operating units. You will drive governance, deliver training, and act as the primary contact for units on EU export controls, customs, and foreign trade regulations.

The role focuses on implementing governance requirements, handling complex issues, and producing analyses for management and stakeholders in an international environment.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in law, business law, customs, business administration, supply chain management, quality management, or a comparable qualification.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in an internationally operating company.
• In-depth knowledge of EU export control, customs, and foreign trade regulations and procedures.

Requirements

• University degree in law, business law, customs, business administration, supply chain management, quality management, or a comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in an internationally operating company
• In-depth knowledge of EU export control, customs, and foreign trade regulations and procedures
• Knowledge of international regulatory frameworks
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
• Ability to act as a trusted point of contact for the operating companies
• Ability to assess and upscale complex issues
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex regulatory requirements in a clear, practical, and audience-appropriate manner
• Confident, resilient, and solution-oriented approach in an international and dynamic environment
• Enthusiasm for taking responsibility, managing change, and implementing global compliance requirements in local organizations
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
