• Develop and enhance trade compliance policies, procedures and governance frameworks.
• Build and implement trade compliance strategy within carve-out and transformation.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing, Legal and Commercial teams.
• Deliver training and awareness programs across the organization.
• Support digitalization and process improvement initiatives in customs and trade compliance.

• Partner with Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing, Legal and Commercial teams to ensure compliant business operations.
• Deliver training and awareness programs across the organization.
• Support digitalization and process improvement initiatives within customs and trade compliance.

Your Profile

• Several years of experience within Export Controls, Customs or International Trade Compliance.
• Strong working knowledge of EU and German export control regulations.
• Experience operating within complex multinational manufacturing environments.
• Automotive or industrial manufacturing background preferred.
• Hands-on operational mindset combined with the ability to think strategically.
• Experience supporting carve-outs, business transformations or organizational change would be highly advantageous.
• Fluent English required. German skills are highly desirable.
