Jobtailor is seeking a senior Field Application Engineering leader to drive revenue growth by accelerating QNX platform adoption with key robotics, medical, and industrial customers.

You will mentor a diverse team of FEAs, serve as a trusted technical partner, and represent QNX at regional events across EMEA while aligning solutions with complex engineering challenges.

Qualifikationen

• Leadership experience managing technical sales or FAE teams.
• Embedded systems expertise with RTOS, real-time programming, C/C++, or low-level development.
• QNX experience is a strong asset.
• Customer-facing technical experience bridging engineering and business needs.
• Linux development familiarity with modern embedded toolchains.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% across EMEA.
• Knowledge of competitive RTOS solutions (Wind River, Green Hills, Vector) is a plus.
