Infineon Technologies Dresden AG & Co. KG seeks a Senior Manager Digitalization, Analytics & Artificial Intelligence to lead a team of up to 5 experts and drive strategic transformation using scalable AI-driven solutions.

You will define the local AI roadmap, identify use cases, and manage demand across the site, ensuring value harvesting and cross-site alignment while partnering with management and external partners.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• Proven leadership experience in semiconductor manufacturing, ideally within digital transformation, advanced analytics, AI, or smart manufacturing environments.
• Strong ability to combine the capabilities of Team Lead, Project Manager, Product Owner, and Scrum Master with deep expertise in Digitalization, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, ML/AI, and GenAI.
• Track record of delivering and scaling enterprise digitalization and AI solutions (software products and platforms) with measurable business impact and end-to-end lifecycle ownership.
• Deep knowledge and proven experience working with modern software, data and AI ecosystems, visualization solutions, interactive applications, including scalable architectures and DevOps/MLOps/LLMOps practices; GenAI applications a plus.
• Strong experience in agile delivery environments, stakeholder management, and communication with senior management and cross-functional organizations.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, GitLab, and Copilot.
• Fluent in English and German.

• Define and drive the local digitalization and AI target picture, roadmap, and use case portfolio—from ideation and prioritization to implementation, scaling, lifecycle management, and value harvesting, in alignment with site priorities and cross-site strategy.
• Act as the local single point of contact for digitalization demand management, proactively identifying innovative use cases and translating business needs into scalable digital, analytics, ML/AI, and software solutions.
• Deliver and scale cross-site solutions while ensuring operational excellence through KPI-driven management, efficient processes, and sustainable governance frameworks.
• Serve as trusted advisor and key stakeholder across all organizational levels, driving strong collaboration with site management, rollout organizations, cross-site teams, and external partners.
• Lead resource, project, and budget planning with a strong sense of urgency, solution-oriented mindset, and commitment to achieving ambitious operational and productivity targets.
• Drive cultural transformation toward data-driven decision-making and represent both the local site and the team in strategic cross-site initiatives and technology domains.

• Strong experience in agile delivery environments, stakeholder management, and communication with senior management and cross-functional organizations
• Proficiency with modern collaboration and development tools such as JIRA, Confluence, GitLab, and Copilot
• Fluent in English and German
