How you will create an impact
- Project Leadership: Collaborate with project teams to lead various commercial client engagements for leading pharma and biopharma companies, helping them to unlock better growth.
- Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data to support commercial strategies, identify opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Drive client engagement: Become a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with clients at all levels, from senior executives to operational teams, by delivering data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
- Innovation: Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to address business challenges and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Expand our business: Identify new business opportunities, contribute to proposal development, and support thought leadership initiatives to drive the growth of our Pharma & Biopharma practice.
- Collaborate across teams: Work in cross-functional, international teams, bringing together diverse expertise to solve complex commercial challenges in the life sciences industry.
About you
- Experience in strategy consulting: You should have at least 5 years of full-time work experience in commercial consulting with functional experience in market strategy, marketing & sales, growth strategy and classic commercial strategy topics.
- Comprehensive industry knowledge: A strong understanding of pharma and biopharma commercial models, regulatory landscapes, and market dynamics across key global markets will enable you to navigate the industry effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: The ability to structure complex problems, interpret data effectively, and generate strategic insights will help you drive client success.
- Client-facing expertise: You bring proven experience in (co-)leading client projects, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering impactful presentations & workshops.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: A proactive, hands-on approach will enable you to drive innovation and business growth while working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Excellent communication skills: Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required; proficiency in German and / or any further language will give you a strong advantage.
