How you will create an impact
  • Project Leadership: Collaborate with project teams to lead various commercial client engagements for leading pharma and biopharma companies, helping them to unlock better growth.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data to support commercial strategies, identify opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Drive client engagement: Become a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with clients at all levels, from senior executives to operational teams, by delivering data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Innovation: Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to address business challenges and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Expand our business: Identify new business opportunities, contribute to proposal development, and support thought leadership initiatives to drive the growth of our Pharma & Biopharma practice.

About you
  • Experience in strategy consulting: You should have at least 5 years of full-time work experience in commercial consulting with functional experience in market strategy, marketing & sales, growth strategy and classic commercial strategy topics.
  • Comprehensive industry knowledge: A strong understanding of pharma and biopharma commercial models, regulatory landscapes, and market dynamics across key global markets will enable you to navigate the industry effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: The ability to structure complex problems, interpret data effectively, and generate strategic insights will help you drive client success.
  • Client-facing expertise: You bring proven experience in (co-)leading client projects, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering impactful presentations & workshops.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: A proactive, hands-on approach will enable you to drive innovation and business growth while working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Excellent communication skills: Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required; proficiency in German and / or any further language will give you a strong advantage.
