The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of IBM zSeries experience, deep CICS TS expertise, and SMP/E skills, with the ability to work remotely or from a modern office.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with IBM zSeries/mainframe platforms, including CICS TS installation and maintenance.
• Thorough knowledge of CICS TS architecture, configuration, and troubleshooting, with strong SMP/E skills.
• Remote work flexibility with the option to work from home or office.

Aufgaben

• Provide 24/7/365 support coverage across multiple time zones, including on-call rotations and scheduled weekend work.
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade CICS TS and OEM products following technical standards and change-control procedures.
• Collaborate with disaster recovery teams and project managers to execute technical tasks and support customer migrations.
