Job summary

Benjamin is a fintech startup seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to own the full ML lifecycle from EDA to production. You will design, build, and deploy ML models powering product decisions, and manage training, evaluation, and model versioning with MLflow.

You will monitor model performance, data quality, and drift, then react accordingly, while collaborating with data engineering on pipelines. Strong Python, AWS, and ML skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Python software development with AWS and SQL.
• 3+ years of hands-on DS/ML tools such as PyTorch, MLflow, NumPy, pandas and scikit-learn.
• Track record of building, deploying and maintaining ML models in production.
• Comfort owning the whole ML development cycle: EDA, prototyping, productionizing, and building/retraining pipelines.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical colleagues, and balancing model quality with delivery speed.

What you'll do:

• 5+ years of hands‑on Python software development, with strong engineering practices: testing, code review, CI/CD, Git, and working with AWS and SQL.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with DS/ML tools and frameworks such as PyTorch, MLflow, NumPy, pandas and scikit‑learn.
• A track record of building, deploying and maintaining ML models in production, not only in notebooks.
• Comfort owning the whole ML development cycle: EDA, prototyping, productionizing, and building and operating (re)training and evaluation pipelines.
• Clear communication with technical and non‑technical colleagues, and the judgement to balance model quality against delivery speed.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience building recommender systems.
• Experience in the AdTech industry.
• Experience building deep neural network (DNN) models.
• Experience with GCP and Snowflake.
