HelloFresh in Berlin is hiring a Senior Lifecycle Manager, Reactivations to lead CRM-driven re-engagement strategies for our subscription customers. You will own customer journeys, segment audiences, and partner with creative, analytics and product teams to drive retention and growth.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in CRM or lifecycle marketing, strong metrics fluency (CTR, conversion, ROI), and a proven track record in A/B testing and personalization through cross-functional collaboration.
