Zusammenfassung

CYBEX is seeking a (Senior) Legal Advisor to advise and support across the EMEA region on all legal matters, draft and negotiate contracts, and lead M&A negotiations. The role also supports the Compliance Team and drives the expansion of the Legal AI landscape within the organization.

Qualified lawyers with German State Examinations and several years in law firms or international in-house teams are preferred, with strong expertise in commercial, M&A and corporate matters and fluency in German

• Advise and support the company across the EMEA region on all legal matters
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents for the EMEA region
• Lead negotiations and execute M&A transactions
• Support the Compliance Team in all law related matters
• Further develop the existing Legal AI landscape and drive its continuous expansion

Your stroll to CYBEX:

• Fully qualified lawyer, preferably with both German State Examinations
• Several years of professional experience in a law firm and/or an international in-house legal department
• Strong expertise in commercial, M&A, and corporate matters; additional experience in compliance matters is highly desirable
• Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex national and international agreements
• Experience in providing pragmatic legal advice to senior management and business stakeholders
• Ability to independently manage legal projects and coordinate external counsel across multiple jurisdictions
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate legal risks into business-oriented recommendations
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
