CYBEX GMBH in Bayreuth is seeking a (Junior) Legal Advisor (m/f/d) to provide strategic legal support to business teams across the EMEA region, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, and help standardize internal contracts and policies.

You will work with the regional legal team, bring a business-oriented mindset, fluent German and English, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-growing company.

Qualifikationen

• Fully qualified lawyer; admitted to the German bar.
• Experience in an international company or law firm desirable.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Business-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills; pragmatic, solution-driven approach.
• Self-driven and structured working style; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with strong communication skills and confidence to advise senior stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Act as a trusted legal advisor to business stakeholders across the EMEA region, providing strategic and solution-oriented legal support
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and legal documents
• Contribute to the development, standardization, and continuous enhancement of internal legal frameworks, contract templates, and policies to support scalable and efficient business operations
• Collaborate closely with colleagues within the EMEA Legal Team and cross-functional stakeholders, providing support on regional and international projects as well as day-to-day legal matters
