Job summary

A leading consulting company is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to manage Performance & Goals projects. Candidates should have over 4 years of experience, a certification in SAP SuccessFactors, and be fluent in German and English. This position offers a hybrid working model and a variety of health and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• More than 4 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, especially Performance & Goals.
• Completed certification in SuccessFactors Performance & Goals or proof of comparable experience.
• Knowledge or experience in other SAP SuccessFactors modules is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Focus on SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals customer projects from conception to go-live.
• Develop practical solutions for annual review and target agreement processes.
• Conduct requirements analyses and prepare quotations for customer-specific solutions.
• Workshop- und Schulungsdurchführung auf Deutsch und Englisch.

Your tasks:

• Focus on SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals customer projects—from conception to go-live
• Development of practical solutions for annual review and target agreement processes based on established best practices
• Technical management and control of your own stream in close cooperation with project management
• Contributing in-depth HR expertise to the design of complex technical requirements
• Implementing technical solutions in a team, including structured documentation
• Preparing and conducting workshops and training sessions in German and English
• Intensively maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
• Conducting requirements analyses, cost estimates, and assisting in the preparation of quotations for customer-specific solutions
• Supporting colleagues in solving complex issues and actively transferring knowledge
• Continuous training of hard and soft skills

Your profile that convinces us:

• More than 4 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on SuccessFactors Performance & Goals
• Completed certification in SuccessFactors Performance & Goals or proof of comparable experience
• Knowledge or experience in other SAP SuccessFactors modules is an advantage
• Several years of experience in project work and strong consulting expertise
• In-depth knowledge of personnel-related topics and, in particular, HR processes
• High affinity for modern (cloud) technologies
• High flexibility and willingness to travel
