BACHMANN Group in Germany seeks a senior channel leader to build and shape our international distribution network. You will move beyond maintenance to actively decide which markets and partners to invest in and how to scale our approach.

Focus regions include Germany, France, the UK, the Netherlands and the Nordics. If you've spent years developing distribution for others and want greater influence over the decisions behind it, this could be your role.

At BACHMANN, we develop technical solutions for critical infrastructure, including intelligent Power Distribution Units and solutions around safety, energy management and transparency in IT racks and data center environments.

We now want to strengthen how we develop our international distribution business. And we are looking for someone who doesn’t just manage partners, but helps shape how we grow.

Your focus: Germany, France, the UK, the Netherlands and the Nordics.

This is a build-and-shape role, not a maintenance role.

You will help determine which markets and partners we invest in, where existing setups need to change and how we create a scalable distribution approach.
