• Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium.

• IDEA-Datenanalyse-Software-Erfahrung.

Aufgaben

• Planung und Durchführung von Revisions- und Sonderprüfungen in nationalen/ internationalen Bereichen.
• Sicherstellen, dass End-to-End Prozesse vollständig reflektiert werden.
• Prüfung von internem Kontroll-, Compliance-, Risikomanagement- und Informationssicherheitssystem.
• Analyse bestehender Prozesse und Identifikation wesentlicher Schwachstellen.
• Hauptansprechpartner für Bereichsleiter weltweit und Präsentation von Ergebnissen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Verantworten der Planung und Durchführung von Revisions- und Sonderprüfungen in den nationalen und internationalen Unternehmensbereichen unter Verwendung softwaregestützter Systeme und Tools Sicherstellen, dass end-to-end Prozesse vollständig und mit einem hohen Qualitätsniveau in unseren IT Systemen reflektiert werden Prüfen und Beurteilen des internen Kontroll-, des Compliance-Management-, des Risikomanagement-, des Informationssicherheitssystems sowie vielfältiger Geschäftsprozesse entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette im Hinblick auf Sicherheit und Effizienz Analysieren von bestehenden Prozessen, Erkennen von wesentlichen prozessualen und organisatorischen Schwachstellen/Risiken. Aktives Einbringen von best practise Lösungen und Unterstützen beim Einleiten von Maßnahmen Hauptansprechpartner für die jeweiligen Bereichsleiter in den Geschäftseinheiten weltweit und Mitwirken bei den Eröffnungs- und Abschlussbesprechungen bis hin zur Präsentation von Revisionsergebnissen auf Geschäftsführungsebene Sparringspartner und Berater für die Unternehmensbereiche und des Managements hinsichtlich relevanter Fragestellungen Aktives Miteinbringen in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Ansätze und Entwickeln von Methoden zur Prüfung von ERP gestützten Geschäftsprozesse

Unsere Anforderungen:

Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium Fundierte idealerweise zwischen drei und sieben Jahren Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in einer der „Big-Four“ Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaften Fundierte Kenntnisse und Prüfungserfahrung mit ERP Systemen Einschlägiges Know-how in der Prüfung und Datenanalyse von komplexen Geschäftsprozessen unter Verwendung entsprechender Prüfsoftware (z. b. IDEA) Offene und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit sowie ein professionelles, überzeugendes Auftreten, mit entsprechendem Standing gegenüber dem Management und den Zentralfunktionen Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte adäquat und verständlich darzustellen
