Aufgaben

• Aufbau, Installation und Inbetriebnahme von Elektrobauteilen, Antrieben und Schaltschränken mit kompletter Kabelverlegung und Softwareinstallation.
• Durchführung von Schutzleiter-, Isolations-, Hochspannungsprüfungen.
• Selbständige Durchführung von Funktionsprüfungen und Abschlusstests.
• Vorbereitung und Inbetriebnahme von Falzmaschinen, Sonderkonstruktionen und Neuentwicklungen.
• Analyse komplexer Fehlerbilder bei elektrischen Bauteilen und selbständiges Beheben von Störungen.
• Elektrische Abnahme von Endprodukten und Freigabe der Maschinen für den Versand.
• Durchführung von Versuchen zur Feststellung von Zuverlässigkeit und Verbrauch, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Testdurchläufen.
• Montage, Installation, Inbetriebnahme, Teachen und Abnahme von Roboterauslagesystemen
