HEIDELBERG sucht ausgebildete Elektriker oder Mechatroniker für Aufbau, Installation und Inbetriebnahme von Elektrobauteilen und Schaltschränken. Aufgaben umfassen Kabelverlegung, Softwareinstallation, Funktions- und Abnahmetests sowie die Inbetriebnahme von Falzmaschinen und Roboterauslagesystemen.

Sie arbeiten selbstständig, sorgfältig und strukturiert und bringen Teamfähigkeit sowie technische Begeisterung für neue Technologien mit. Einsatzort ist vorwiegend vor Ort.

Qualifikationen

• Ausbildung zum Elektriker, Mechatroniker oder vergleichbare Ausbildung.
• Technische Affinität und Begeisterung für neue Technologien.
• Sorgfältige, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit.

Aufgaben

• Aufbau, Installation und Inbetriebnahme von Elektrobauteilen, Antrieben und Schaltschränken mit kompletter Kabelverlegung und Softwareinstallation.
• Durchführung von Schutzleiter-, Isolations-, Hochspannungsprüfungen.
• Selbständige Durchführung von Funktionsprüfungen und Abschlusstests.
• Vorbereitung und Inbetriebnahme von Falzmaschinen, Sonderkonstruktionen und Neuentwicklungen.
• Montage, Installation, Inbetriebnahme, Teachen und Abnahme von Roboterauslagesystemen.

• Aufbau, Installation und Inbetriebnahme von Elektrobauteilen, Antrieben und Schaltschränken mit kompletter Kabelverlegung und Softwareinstallation Durchführung von Schutzleiter-, Isolations-, Hochspannungsprüfungen Selbständige Durchführung von Funktionsprüfungen und Abschlusstests Vorbereitung und Inbetriebnahme von Falzmaschinen, Sonderkonstruktionen und Neuentwicklungen Analyse komplexer Fehlerbilder bei elektrischen Bauteilen und selbständiges Beheben von Störungen Elektrische Abnahme von Endprodukten und Freigabe der Maschinen für den Versand Durchführung von Versuchen zur Feststellung von Zuverlässigkeit und Verbrauch, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Testdurchläufen Montage, Installation, Inbetriebnahme, Teachen und Abnahme von Roboterauslagesystemen
