Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is looking for an experienced web developer to build CRM features with Next.js and automate workflows using FastAPI and Inngest.

You will partner with cross‑functional teams to understand processes, own features from planning to deployment, and contribute ideas shaping internal products. The role covers the full stack to support sales, marketing, onboarding, and support.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional web development experience.
• Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Deep experience in modern SPA frameworks (React, Next.js or Vue.js).
• Experience with orchestration tools (Inngest, Temporal, Prefect, Airflow).
• Comfortable using agentic coding tools for feature development and code review.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.
• Startup experience is a bonus.

• Build new features in the CRM using Next.js

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in web development


• Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript


• Deep experience in modern SPA frameworks such as React, Next.js (preferred), or Vue.js


• Experience with orchestration tools such as Inngest, Temporal, Prefect, Airflow, etc.


• Comfortable using and managing agentic coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, etc. for feature development and code review


• Comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and taking ownership of outcomes


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills


• Ability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders


• Strong product and design sense


• Experience working in a startup environment (bonus)


• Experience with GTM processes like enrichment and lead distribution (bonus)
