Job summary

Privatal is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to strengthen product forecasting, profitability analysis and commercial decision making within a financial services context. The role involves partnering with business leaders to understand what drives revenue and profitability, and influencing decisions through robust financial analysis.

You will build forecasts for product revenue and costs, assess new products, develop scenarios, and connect forecasts with P&L, balance sheet and capital planning.

Qualifications

• FP&A / commercial finance experience in banking, insurance or a comparable financial services environment.
• Strong financial modelling skills and experience forecasting revenue and profitability.
• An understanding of balance-sheet dynamics and capital requirements alongside P&L performance.
• The ability to translate complex analysis into practical commercial recommendations.
• Confidence taking ownership and working independently with senior stakeholders.
• German language skills would be beneficial but are not essential.
