MAM Gruppe Limited is seeking an interim Senior Manager, Commercial Finance to act as a key finance partner to the leadership of a core division with significant revenue across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will partner with regional leaders to translate financial performance into actionable plans, support planning, P&L and working capital, and guide junior team members.

This visible role offers exposure to senior stakeholders across Europe, with 3 days onsite in Hamburg and 2 days

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A or Finance Business Partnering in a large, international organisation.
• Proven ability to partner with business stakeholders using financial insight to drive decisions.
• Strong P&L management, forecasting, planning and financial analysis skills.
• Experience mentoring junior finance team members.

Senior Manager, Commercial Finance (Interim)

Our client, a leading international organisation, is looking for an interim Senior Manager, Commercial Finance to act as a key finance business partner to the leadership of one of its core divisions - a business with significant annual revenue across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

About the Role

Partnering closely with Regional Business Unit Leaders, you will turn financial performance and market insights into clear actions that support sustainable growth, profitability and smarter investment decisions. You will guide and support junior finance team members, contributing to short and long-term financial planning, P&L and working capital performance, and the evaluation of strategic commercial opportunities.

This is a visible role with the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders across Europe, partnering as a trusted finance voice within the commercial organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a finance business partner to divisional leadership, providing insights and recommendations to drive growth, profitability and business performance
• Support financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for the business, covering P&L, working capital and key performance measures
• Contribute to short and long-term financial plans, translating business and portfolio priorities into clear financial targets
• Provide sales, pricing and margin analysis to identify opportunities and support commercial decision-making
• Partner with regional, cluster and country Finance teams to track performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support delivery against financial targets
• Prepare financial insights and materials for leadership reporting
• Guide and support junior finance colleagues, helping develop their commercial and analytical capabilities
• Partner across Finance and other functions to evaluate investments and improve decision-making

Your Profile

• Solid experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A or Finance Business Partnering, ideally within a large, international organisation
• A track record of partnering with business stakeholders, using financial insight to support commercial decisions
• Strong understanding of P&L management, forecasting, planning and financial analysis
• Experience guiding or mentoring junior finance team members
• Confidence to challenge constructively and turn financial information into clear, actionable recommendations
• Experience working across functions, countries and cultures in a matrix organisation; experience in a regulated industry would be advantageous
• Comfortable operating in a changing, fast-paced commercial environment
• Location: Hamburg - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
