Job summary

Richemont in Hamburg seeks a Senior FP&A Controller to own core financial planning and performance management, serving as a strategic partner to Finance and Data & Analytics teams. This full-time role starts January 1, 2027 at our Hamburg Headquarters.

You will lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and executive reporting, build advanced financial models, and guide business decisions with Looker, Power BI, and SAP insights while partnering with global department heads.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A, Controlling or strategic finance experience.
• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English with strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Steer global annual budgeting, strategic planning and rolling forecast processes.
• Lead performance analysis across P&L, balance sheet and cash flow for senior leadership.
• Manage working capital, inventory, provisions and capital expenditures (CapEx).
• Direct executive management reporting and present KPIs to stakeholders and leadership.
• Deliver advanced financial modelling, scenario planning and variance analysis for growth initiatives.
• Act as trusted advisor to global department heads and deputy to Head of FP&A as required.

• Steering the global annual budgeting, strategic planning, and rolling forecast processes
• Driving comprehensive performance analysis across P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement to guide senior leadership decision-making

• Defining business requirements and high-level logic for financial reporting, KPIs, and dashboards, enabling the Data team to build cutting-edge solutions in Looker, Power BI, and SAP
• Guiding the continuous evolution of our reporting architecture to ensure data integrity and scalable finance solutions

You’ll have…

• 8+ years of proven experience in Senior FP&A, Business Controlling, or Strategic Corporate Finance, ideally within a multi-national corporate or premium brand environment
• Demonstrated track record in leading core FP&A processes, financial modeling, and advising senior executive stakeholders
• A strong digital mindset
• Strong analytical capabilities combined with strategic vision and the ability to look beyond the numbers and drive operational outcomes
• Advanced Excel skills
• Hands-on proficiency with Looker, Power BI, SAP, or similar BI Tools
• Fluent English communication skills, paired with strong leadership presence and cross-functional collaboration skills
