Job summary

bekuplast GmbH in Berlin seeks a skilled Senior Controller to support the finance team as a strategic partner for the organization.

You will conduct financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI development. You’ll prepare sales forecasts, revenue projections, and market analyses while collaborating with marketing to align sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a closely related field.
• Proficient with data visualization tools Tableau/Power BI or similar.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, revenue projections, and market analysis.
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets and KPIs.

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented (Senior) Controller (m/f/d) to join our finance department. You will support us in developing the Finance team towards a strong business partner for the entire organization. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to ….

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Analyze financial data and key performance indicators to identify trends, highlight potential risks, and recommend actionable strategies.
• Prepare regular sales reports, including but not limited to sales forecasts, revenue projections, and market analysis.
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets, identifying areas of improvement and recommending corrective actions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales performance metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure alignment between sales and marketing initiatives.

• You bring a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a closely related field.
• When it comes to data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar, you're in your element.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is one of your standout skills.
• If you already have a deep understanding of SaaS business models, that's a plus.
• You are communicative in German and English and excellent in seeing things through to work with a variety of international stakeholders.
