GotPhoto.com | fotograf.de is seeking a Senior FP&A professional to drive strategic visibility, modernize the planning stack, and validate SaaS KPIs. You will partner with Data to ensure a single version of truth and collaborate with Sales and Marketing on pipeline forecasting and ROI optimization.

The role offers a hybrid setup with Berlin office, European remote flexibility after probation, and a strong growth focus in a high-growth SaaS environment backed by PE investors.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4+ years’ experience in FP&A, business finance, or similar analytical role in SaaS/subscription business.
• Proven track record of complex financial models and investor-grade reporting (PE experience is a plus).
• Experience with platform/tool migrations (FP&A/ERP) and driving process improvements.

This is not a 'run the model and report back' role; we want someone who interrogates the numbers, surfaces the story behind them, and is willing to challenge assumptions at every level of the organisation.

Please note: This is a 12 month maternity cover.

What You'll Do

• Drive Strategic Visibility: Build, maintain, and present meaningful dashboards and reports (e.g., Monthly Flash, Management Pack, Board Pack) that enable the Board, CFO, and Head of FP&A to monitor performance and take action.
• Modernize the Stack: Support the migration of our FP&A tool/platform by defining requirements, mapping data flows, validating systems, and training stakeholders.
• Architect Planning Frameworks: Implement end-to-end forecasting and budgeting templates and processes to enable efficient, accurate quarterly and annual planning cycles.
• Define the Truth: Partner with the Data team to validate SaaS KPIs, ensuring a single version of truth across all business reporting.
• Sales & Marketing Partnering: Support pipeline-to-forecast conversion modeling and commission tracking for Sales, while collaborating with Marketing to optimize segment profitability and ROI.
• Operational Ownership: Manage and forecast global OPEX directly with department heads and support the Accounting team with month-end reviews and ad-hoc strategic business cases.

What You'll Bring

Experience

• The Foundation: Minimum 4+ years’ experience in FP&A, business finance, or a similar analytical role, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or subscription business.
• The "Scar Tissue": Proven track record of building complex financial models and managing investor-grade reporting (Private Equity/PE experience is a significant plus).
• The Builder: Experience with platform/tool migrations (FP&A or ERP systems) and a history of driving process improvements.

Skills

• Technical Mastery: Highly proficient in Excel/G-Sheets; SQL experience is a plus.
• AI & Automation: Proven track record of leveraging AI-driven tools and methodologies to streamline analytical workflows and optimize repetitive tasks.
• SaaS Fluency: Deep understanding of SaaS economics and metrics (ARR, Churn, LTV/CAC).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English; German is a bonus but not required.
