GotPhoto is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to architect the financial narrative for a high-growth SaaS business in Berlin. You will design and maintain dashboards, drive forecasting, and partner with data teams to ensure a single source of truth.

The role emphasizes building investor-grade reporting, migrating FP&A tools, and partnering with Sales and Marketing to optimize ROI. This twelve-month maternity cover role offers exposure to a fast-paced scale-up environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4+ years’ experience in FP&A, business finance, or a similar analytical role.
• Experience building complex financial models and investor-grade reporting.
• Experience with platform/tool migrations and process improvements.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; SQL experience is a plus.
• AI-driven tools to streamline analytics workflows.

This is not a 'run the model and report back' role; we want someone who interrogates the numbers, surfaces the story behind them, and is willing to challenge assumptions at every level of the organisation. Please note: This is a 12 month maternity cover.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Strategic Visibility: Build, maintain, and present meaningful dashboards and reports (e.g., Monthly Flash, Management Pack, Board Pack) that enable the Board, CFO, and Head of FP&A to monitor performance and take action.
• Modernize the Stack: Support the migration of our FP&A tool/platform by defining requirements, mapping data flows, validating systems, and training stakeholders.
• Architect Planning Frameworks: Implement end-to-end forecasting and budgeting templates and processes to enable efficient, accurate quarterly and annual planning cycles.
• Define the Truth: Partner with the Data team to validate SaaS KPIs, ensuring a single version of truth across all business reporting.
• Sales & Marketing Partnering: Support pipeline-to-forecast conversion modeling and commission tracking for Sales, while collaborating with Marketing to optimize segment profitability and ROI.
• Operational Ownership: Manage and forecast global OPEX directly with department heads and support the Accounting team with month-end reviews and ad-hoc strategic business cases.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience The Foundation: Minimum 4+ years’ experience in FP&A, business finance, or a similar analytical role, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or subscription business.
• The "Scar Tissue": Proven track record of building complex financial models and managing investor-grade reporting (Private Equity/PE experience is a significant plus).
• The Builder: Experience with platform/tool migrations (FP&A or ERP systems) and a history of driving process improvements.
• Skills Technical Mastery: Highly proficient in Excel/G-Sheets; SQL experience is a plus.
• AI & Automation: Proven track record of leveraging AI-driven tools and methodologies to streamline analytical workflows and optimize repetitive tasks.
