You will lead transformation projects across Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash and Purchase-to-Pay, optimize end-to-end processes and digitize reporting and controlling. You'll implement ERP and finance systems such as SAP S/4HANA, design automation with RPA, collaborate with accounting, tax, IT and

Qualifikationen

• A degree in business administration, economics, business information systems or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in finance transformation, consulting or a project-focused finance role.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes and their end-to-end optimization.
• Experience leading complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• A very good understanding of ERP systems, such as SAP S/4HANA, and reporting solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• A hands-on approach and the ability to work independently in a structured way.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in working with stakeholders at all levels.
• Very good German and English language skills.

Aufgaben

• Work closely with Accounting, Controlling, Tax, Accounts Receivable Management, IT and external partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and implement lasting improvements.
• Support change management to help teams adopt new processes and structures.
