Aufgaben

• Define and execute the company-wide IT and technology strategy.
• Own workplace, identity and access, networks, cloud/infrastructure, and business applications.
• Lead IT environments supporting Engineering, including laboratory IT, EDA environments, and connectivity with OT and external partners.
• Establish cybersecurity and data protection capabilities with CISO/ISMS, DPO, and Audit functions.
• Build enterprise architecture, technology portfolio, and vendor governance frameworks.
• Develop data and AI foundation, including AI platforms, governance, and high-impact AI use cases.
• Scale the IT organization by hiring leaders, establishing operating model, and building high-performing teams.
• Establish operational processes, governance, and service standards to support rapid growth.
• Act as strategic technology partner to senior leadership and collaborate with Engineering and Fab-IT.
• Shape IT organization and technology foundation of a growing semiconductor company.
