Jobtailor is seeking an experienced IT applications leader in Germany to manage Finance, Legal, and HR systems. The role partners with Corporate Functions to drive strategic initiatives and ERP implementations, ensuring user issues are resolved and vendors are managed efficiently.

The ideal candidate will bring pharma IT experience, strong PM skills, and a proven track record in implementing enterprise applications.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 15+ years of IT application management within Pharmaceuticals, with 5+ years focused on Finance, Legal and HR systems.
• Proven experience with Workday, Concur, ADP, and Coupa.
• Experience running an ERP implementation.
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of successful implementations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in multiple areas of IT/Pharma and agile enough to jump in wherever needed.
