Jobtailor in Germany seeks an ERP Cloud Consulting leader to drive multi-cloud ERP initiatives across Oracle, Workday and SAP. You will lead engagements, shape roadmaps and mentor teams to deliver high-quality work-products.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in ERP Cloud consulting within a top-tier consultancy, a strong finance capability understanding, and a proven track record of delivering full ERP life cycles and achieving client success while meeting utilization targets.

Qualifikationen

• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of extensive experience in ERP Cloud Consulting within Oracle, Workday, or SAP.
• Understanding of finance business capabilities.
• Experience within a well-regarded management consultancy in project delivery.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Prior experience in a problem-solving capacity such as a workstream lead preferred.
• Experience working with multiple IT or Technology solutions.
• Experience leading ERP Cloud workstreams.
• Successful completion of at least one full life cycle ERP Cloud implementation (Oracle, Workday, or SAP).
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and creative development of solutions.
