Qualifikationen

• Foster strong relationships and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the software development team.
• Encourage feedback, collect data, and analyze metrics to identify areas for improvement in processes, tools, and team performance.
• Implement changes to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Provide direction and leadership to staff; guide, coach, mentor and develop staff ensuring compliance with processes and procedures.
• Handle interviewing, hiring, promotions, transfers, performance appraisals, compensation, counseling and termination of staff.
• Develop and maintain staff by applying the necessary training and leadership that will allow internal growth and advancement.
• Direct staff, to ensure that all duties are performed according to department performance standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering or Management Information Systems or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Seven (7) years' experience in a software development role or developer subject matter expert role.
• Three (3) years of Resource Management required.
• Five (5) years in a senior or subject matter expert position.
• Experienced in mentoring teams on Agile best practices.
• Experience in the financial industry or another highly regulated industry is a plus.
