Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Workday consultant to plan, shape and deliver technology solutions aligned with client goals and missions. You will mentor junior staff on the engagement team, sharing expertise and encouragement while promoting a culture of respect and collaboration.

The role requires 5+ years of experience in requirements analysis and Workday implementations with Procurement, Supplier Accounts and Strategic Sourcing, plus a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, testing, and interfacing with business users.
• Must have Workday implementation experience with Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Strategic Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management.
• Experience with Workday Financials/Supply Chain certifications or practical experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience owning project workstreams with little to no supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with cloud-based enterprise solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to articulate results to client teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.

• MUST have Workday implementation experience with Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Strategic Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management
• Practical or implementation experience in Workday with Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Contracts, Strategic Sourcing, or Contract Lifecycle Management is preferred
• Certification in Workday Financials/Supply Chain or practical experience with the application
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering
• 3+ years of experience owning project workstreams with little to no supervision
• Ability to solve complex problems creatively with strong critical thinking
• Strong analytical skills coupled with a functional or technical acumen and hands‑on expertise with cloud‑based enterprise solutions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project team
