Job summary

Gebr. Heinemann in Hamburg is seeking a seasoned HR IT professional to lead strategic and operational projects focused on SAP SuccessFactors. You will act as a subject matter expert, align requirements with stakeholders, and drive continuous process improvement across the system landscape.

The role emphasizes collaboration with business functions, strong ownership, and language skills in German and English to support transformation initiatives in a global retail environment.

We are looking for you to join our headquarters in Hamburg's HafenCity in full-time (38.5 h/week) for a fixed term of two years!

Your new job includes

In particular, you will

• Lead and manage strategic as well as operational HR IT projects
• Act as a subject matter expert for SuccessFactors, analyzing, evaluating, and implementing system-related requirements
• Optimize, standardize, and sustainably establish processes across the system landscape
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective solutions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
• Serve as a key interface between business functions and other internal partners
• Understand, evaluate, and further develop complex interdependencies within the system and process landscape
• Actively support and successfully implement digitalization and transformation initiatives

What you should bring along

• Several years of professional experience in a comparable role with a focus on digital, IT project, or process management
• Solid hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors or another talent management suite, ideally within the Learning Management environment
• Proven track record in managing complex projects and cross-functional initiatives
• Strong expertise in process management and the continuous optimization of business processes
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to successfully align and balance diverse interests
• A high degree of ownership, execution strength, and the seniority required to drive topics independently
• Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills
• An analytical mindset combined with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
