Clera in Berlin is seeking a Deployment Strategist to guide customers from pilots to organization-wide rollouts on an AI-powered procurement platform. You will align customer needs with engineering and product teams to shape scalable deployment approaches.

You will lead workshops, translate requirements for technical teams, and partner with procurement leaders to drive long-term adoption across accounts. Fluency in German and English is essential, with on-site work in Berlin.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of customer-facing deployment experience with senior stakeholders.
• Experience scoping category-management or strategic sourcing workflows.
• Experience leading workshops, translating needs into technical requirements, and managing deployments from pilot through broad rollout.
• Experience developing onboarding and adoption materials for multiple customers and sharing customer feedback with product or engineering teams.
• Background in procurement, strategic sourcing, or buyer operations, with experience working with DACH organizations or customers.
• Fluency in German and English, strong customer relationship skills, and comfort working in a fast-changing environment.

About the Role

As a Deployment Strategist on the customer success team at an AI-powered procurement software company, you will guide customers from initial pilots through organization-wide rollouts. You will connect customer needs with engineering and product teams, helping shape deployment approaches that support adoption and scale.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: EUR 60,000 to EUR 90,000. Visa sponsorship is not available.
