Zusammenfassung

IronMaxx Nutrition GmbH & Co. KG seeks a Senior Demand Planning Manager to own operational and tactical demand planning derived from the central forecast.

You will translate forecasts into stable demand, inventory, and ordering decisions while leading your team with clarity and empathy. You will act as a sparring partner to the Head of Forecasting, ensuring forecasts are executable and aligned with the wider supply chain.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or an equivalent field.
• Several years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or related fields, ideally with leadership responsibility.
• Strong analytical and structured mindset with high numerical affinity.
• Proven experience in leading teams (disciplinary and/or functional).
• Confident handling of ERP and demand planning tools (e.g. SAP, Streamline).
• Very good English skills; German skills are mandatory.

Aufgaben

• End-to-end responsibility for operational and tactical demand planning, derived from the central forecast.
• Ensuring high product availability, stable inventory levels, and efficient replenishment.
• Creation, maintenance, and validation of demand, inventory, and ordering plans.
• Continuous monitoring of stock levels, safety stock, lead times, and sales performance.
• Early identification of risks such as shortages, overstocks, or supply bottlenecks.
• Close operational collaboration with Purchasing and suppliers regarding orders, quantities, and delivery schedules.
• Tracking delivery dates, production status, and proactive escalation of delays or risks.
• Ensuring a smooth and reliable flow of goods across the supply chain.
• Acting as a key sparring partner to the Head of Forecasting, providing operational feedback and plausibility checks on forecasts.
• Close alignment with Sales, Customer Success, Logistics, Production, and Procurement.
• Translating strategic forecast assumptions into executable operational actions.
• Hands-on use and further development of demand planning and ERP tools (e.g. SAP Business One, Streamline).
• Identification and implementation of operational improvements in demand planning, replenishment, and buying processes.
• Contribution to scenario analyses, data evaluations, and cross-functional process optimization projects.
