IronMaxx sucht einen Senior Demand Planning Manager, der die operative und taktische Bedarfsplanung verantwortet, Forecasts in stabile Nachfrage, Lagerbestände und Bestellprozesse übersetzt und das Team gemeinsam mit dem Head of Forecasting führt.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Einkauf, Vertrieb und Produktion zusammen, nutzen SAP/Streamline, sichern Verfügbarkeit, minimieren Risiken wie Engpässe oder Überbestände und treiben kontinuierliche Verbesserungen im Planungsprozess voran.

Qualifikationen

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Demand Planning, Supply Chain oder Beschaffung.
• Führungserfahrung von Teams (funktional oder disziplinarisch) bevorzugt.
• Analytische, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit starkem Zahlenverständnis.

Aufgaben

• End-to-end Verantwortung für operative und taktische Bedarfsplanung basierend auf zentralen Forecasts.
• Sicherstellung hoher Verfügbarkeit, stabiler Lagerbestände und effizienter Nachschubprozesse.
• Erstellung, Pflege und Prüfung von Bedarf-, Bestands- und Ordering-Plänen.
• Kontinuierliche Überwachung von Beständen, Sicherheitsbestand, Lieferzeiten und Verkaufsleistung.
• Frühzeitige Identifikation von Risiken wie Engpässen oder Überbeständen.

• End-to-end responsibility for operational and tactical demand planning, derived from the central forecast.
• Ensuring high product availability, stable inventory levels, and efficient replenishment.

Demand Planning Ownership

Buying & Supplier Coordination

• Close operational collaboration with Purchasing and suppliers regarding orders, quantities, and delivery schedules.
• Tracking delivery dates, production status, and proactive escalation of delays or risks.
• Ensuring a smooth and reliable flow of goods across the supply chain.

Sparring & Cross-functional Collaboration

• Acting as a key sparring partner to the Head of Forecasting, providing operational feedback and plausibility checks on forecasts.
• Close alignment with Sales, Customer Success, Logistics, Production, and Procurement.
• Translating strategic forecast assumptions into executable operational actions.

Processes, Tools & Continuous Improvement

• Hands-on use and further development of demand planning and ERP tools (e.g. SAP Business One, Streamline).
• Identification and implementation of operational improvements in demand planning, replenishment, and buying processes.
• Contribution to scenario analyses, data evaluations, and cross-functional process optimization projects.

Your skillset - as strong as our protein

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or related fields, ideally with leadership responsibility.
• Strong analytical and structured mindset with high numerical affinity.
• Proven experience in leading teams (disciplinary and/or functional).
• Strong people skills: clear, empathetic, reliable, and collaborative
• Confident handling of ERP and demand planning tools (e.g. SAP, Streamline).
• Solution-oriented, hands-on, and execution-driven working style.
• Very good English skills, German skills are mandatory
