Zusammenfassung

IronMaxx Nutrition is seeking an Event Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our established Event Management team. You will plan, coordinate, and execute national and international trade fairs and corporate events, taking ownership of sub‑projects and coordinating internal and external partners.

You will also support general projects across the company, ensuring organized preparation, on‑site execution, documentation, and smooth handovers.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training or degree in Event Management, Events, Marketing, Communications, or a comparable field.
• Initial practical experience in the trade fair and event environment is required.
• Hands-on experience in preparation, execution, and/or on-site support of trade fairs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Structured, reliable and proactive work approach.

As an Event Manager (m/f/d), you will strengthen our existing Event Management team and actively contribute to the planning and execution of our national and international trade fairs, corporate events, and internal events.

You will take ownership of your own areas of responsibility, coordinate internal and external partners, and work closely with the team to ensure that our events are professionally prepared and successfully executed.

In addition to event‑related activities, you will occasionally support general projects and special organizational topics across the company—wherever strong coordination, communication, and reliable execution are required.

Trade Fair & Event Management

• Plan, organize, and execute national and international trade fairs and events as part of the team

In addition to event‑related activities, you will support selected projects and organizational topics across the company. Depending on current business needs, these may include, for example:

• Brand marketing activities and activations
• Sponsorship projects and partnerships
• Organization of training sessions and workshops
• Internal events and company initiatives
• Organizational support for location‑related or change‑management topics
• Coordination of external service providers and partners
• Research, scheduling, and organizational preparation
• Creation of process, task, and status overviews
• Tracking deadlines and agreed actions

You will work closely with the respective departments involved and provide support wherever strong organizational skills and execution power are needed.
