Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in People Operations, HR Generalist oder vergleichbarer HR-Rolle.
• Gutes Verständnis des deutschen Employee Lifecycles und operativer HR-Prozesse.
• Praktische Kenntnisse im deutschen Arbeitsrecht.
• Erfahrung in der Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften bei HR-Themen.
• Fähigkeit eigenständig Themen zu übernehmen und Entscheidungen zu treffen.

Aufgaben

• Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung zugeteilter HR-Themen vom Onboarding bis Offboarding.
• Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte bei operativen HR-Fragen.
• Bearbeitung standard- bis moderat komplexer HR-Fälle eigenständig.
• Unterstützung bei Onboarding, Änderungen und Offboarding innerhalb des Zuständigkeitsbereichs.
• Vorbereitung von Verträgen, Änderungen und relevanten HR-Dokumenten.
• Sicherstellung akkurater Personalstammdaten und Prozesserfüllung.

To strengthen our People team, we are looking for a proactive and hands-on People Operations Specialist (m/f/d) who takes independent ownership of assigned employee lifecycle topics, processes and selected projects. You will support employees and managers in day-to-day People matters, independently handle standard and moderately complex HR cases, and ensure that documentation and operational processes are executed reliably and accurately. This role offers a clear development path: as your experience grows, you can expand your scope across selected People projects, process improvements and broader operational responsibilities within the team.

People Operations & Employee Support

• Independently manage assigned employee lifecycle topics from onboarding through employee changes to offboarding
• Act as a trusted contact for employees and managers on day-to-day operational HR questions
• Handle standard and moderately complex employee relations and individual HR cases independently
• Coordinate and execute onboarding, employee changes and offboarding within your assigned scope
• Prepare contracts, amendments and relevant HR documentation and ensure timely completion of required process steps
• Maintain accurate employee data and ensure reliable, compliant execution of assigned People processes

Manager Support & HR Advisory

• Support managers with day-to-day People and employee-related topics
• Provide practical guidance on established HR processes, policies and labor-law-related questions
• Prepare and support employee meetings, performance-related topics and operational follow‑up
• Escalate highly sensitive, strategically relevant or exceptional employee matters to the Senior People Operations Manager or Head of People & Organization

Processes, Projects & Digitalization

• Identify recurring HR pain points within your area of responsibility and contribute practical process improvements
• Take independent ownership of selected People projects and defined process improvements
• Create and maintain clear workflows, templates and process documentation
• Support the digitalization and automation of recurring People processes
• Contribute to scalable People processes and structures as IronMaxx continues to grow

Payroll, Data & Reporting

• Prepare and coordinate payroll-relevant information with internal stakeholders and external providers
• Maintain and review working-time, absence and employee-related data
• Support HR reporting, personnel KPIs and workforce-related analyses
• Ensure high data quality and reliable HR documentation within your area of responsibility

Your Skillset - As Strong As Our Protein

• 2+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, HR Administration or a comparable HR role
• Good understanding of the German employee lifecycle and operational HR processes
• Practical knowledge of German labor law
• Experience supporting employees and managers on HR-related topics
• Confidence handling standard and moderately complex employee situations independently, with sound judgement on when to elevate
• Experience with payroll preparation, HR systems and personnel data is an advantage
• Strong ownership of assigned topics and the ability to work independently
• Structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders
• Hands‑on mentality and the ambition to grow into broader People Operations responsibility
• Interest in process improvement, digitalization and automation
• High level of discretion, integrity and service orientation
• Very good German and good English skills
