Zusammenfassung

ClimatePartner is looking for a Senior Data Analyst (m/f/d) to join our agile Data team in Berlin or Munich. You will analyze data, create dashboards in Power BI, and support our KPI framework.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics. We prioritize sustainability and offer a flexible hybrid work model with 30 days holiday, a pension scheme, and various sports subsidies.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Science ideally in a startup/scale-up context.
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar BI tools and SQL.
• Ability to understand complex business processes and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• A strong motivation for sustainability and using data for climate impact.
• Very good command of English.

• You analyze footprint and internal business data, turning raw information into clear, actionable insights.
• You build and maintain dashboards in Power BI that provide reliable, up-to-date KPI views.
• You design and optimize data models in collaboration with our Data Engineers.
• You support and refine our KPI framework and semantic layer by documenting definitions and monitoring data quality.
• You collaborate with stakeholders from various departments and management, translating reporting needs into analytical solutions.
• You actively foster a data-centric culture by creating self-service analytics and providing trainings and documentation to users.

Qualifications

• You have 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Science ideally in a startup/scale-up context.
• You are proficient in Power BI or similar BI tools and SQL. Familiarity with dbt, Python and Jira is a plus.
• You understand complex business processes and can translate requirements into technical solutions.
• You are motivated by sustainability and want to use data and analytics to drive measurable climate impact for businesses and their customers.
• You have a very good command of English.
