INNOCEAN Worldwide Europe GmbH in Frankfurt is seeking a Senior CRM Project Manager to drive planning, coordination, and execution of CRM initiatives across European markets for our automotive client.

You will bridge strategy, data, and creative delivery to ensure programs are rolled out on time, on scope, and on brand, leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with INNOCEAN EHQ and local offices. Fluent in English and German with 7+ years of CRM/digital marketing experience is required.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of CRM, digital marketing, or campaign management experience.
• Proven track record managing multi-market CRM programs.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and marketing automation.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication.
• Understanding of customer journey design and data governance.
• Automotive industry experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English and German.

As a Senior CRM Project Manager , you will drive the planning, coordination, and execution of CRM initiatives across European markets for our automotive client. Acting as the operational lead within the CRM workstream, you’ll bridge strategy, data, and creative delivery to ensure all CRM programs are rolled out on time, on scope, and on brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of CRM operations
• Translate strategic briefs into concrete project plans, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (strategy, data, creative, campaign ops) to ensure seamless execution.
• Define and maintain governance frameworks, trackers, and documentation for multi-market operations.
• Monitor campaign delivery quality, testing, and reporting, ensuring operational excellence.

• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Solid understanding of customer journey design, data governance, and reporting frameworks.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong problem-solving mindset.
• Automotive industry experience is a plus
• Fluent in English and German
