wetter.com is seeking a Product-driven CRM leader to own the CRM roadmap across our weather app ecosystem. You will craft onboarding, activation and retention journeys in Braze, raise push opt-ins, and partner with Editorial to target audiences for every story.

You will run experiments inside Braze and the apps, using Braze AI features and building AI tools when Braze lacks capabilities. Fluent English is required, German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in CRM or lifecycle for B2C apps, with 3+ years on native iOS/Android.
• Hands-on Braze expertise with Canvas, Liquid, Connected Content and BrazeAI tools.
• Proven wins in opt-in, activation or retention with measurable results.
• Solid experimentation skills and data-driven decision making.
• Product craft: clear requirements, backlog prioritisation and tech collaboration.
• Experience building AI-based features Welcome; able to build beyond Braze."
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

• 5+ years in CRM or lifecycle for B2C apps, 3+ on native iOS and Android
• Hands on Braze expertise: Canvas, Liquid and Connected Content as daily basics, plus BrazeAI tools such as Operator, agents and Decisioning Studio
• Proven wins in opt in, activation or retention, with numbers
• Solid experimentation skills; comfortable pulling and analysing your own data
• Product craft: clear requirements, a prioritised backlog, close work with tech
• You already build things with AI, not just use them
• Fluent English; German is a plus
