Qualifikationen

• Demonstrable success with Meta video ads, especially VSLs, UGC-style and hook testing
• Knowledge of sales psychology and frameworks such as AIDA, PAS, DIC and Before/After
• Understanding of scarcity, urgency and social proof and how to apply them effectively
• Professional use of AI tools for research, ideation, scaling variants and fast concept execution
• Very good German language skills and the ability to write high-converting German copy
• Independent, hands-on mentality and ability to prioritize autonomously
• Nice to have: experience in FMCG e-commerce, e.g. skincare, pet, supplements or healthcare/medical products
