Jobtailor in Germany is seeking a Creative Strategist to translate business goals into a clear creative strategy and manage testing for measurable performance across paid social campaigns. You will collaborate with design, copy and media buying to drive scalable creative outcomes and ensure alignment with client goals.

With fluency in German and strong English, you will stay ahead of platform updates, develop hypotheses, and lead testing to improve campaign performance across channels.

• Experience in Creative Strategy: you have worked in creative strategy, paid social or digital campaigning and know how to combine performance marketing with a clear strategy.
• Target Groups & Insights: you analyze target audiences, extract relevant insights and translate them into creative, conversion-driving messages.
• Sense for Creative Performance: you recognize which visuals, hooks and messages work – and consistently develop variants aimed at testing.
• Platform Practice: you are confident on Instagram, TikTok, Meta & co. and use platform features deliberately for scalable performance.
• Scaling Mindset: you enjoy working on larger accounts, structure roadmaps and drive projects so that good ideas can grow.

• Insights: You combine research with storytelling, turn user motivations into concise ad ideas and ensure every variation serves a strategic role in testing.
