SENIOR COPYWRITER / CONCEPT CREATIVE BERLIN

What you’ll be doing

• Join forces with the wider creative team to help develop solutions for some of the most challenging marketing and communication problems of our various clients
• Develop bold, innovative creative concepts for campaigns, branding, and digital experiences.
• Collaborate with art directors, designers, and production teams to develop concepts and ideas and then bring them to life.
• Own a brand’s language and speak its tongue, across all channels, touchpoints and media
• Present ideas clearly and persuasively to internal teams and clients.
• Write compelling concept decks and presentations that link ideas to strategy and objectives
• Ensure creative consistency and quality across all touchpoints and deliverables.
• Stay ahead of cultural, design, and digital trends to inspire fresh thinking.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative workshops.
• Refine and evolve concepts based on feedback and project requirements.

Your profile

• 5+ years of agency experience with first creative leadership experience and a strong portfolio
• Strong command of the German and English language (spoken and in writing)
• A proven ability to use language as a razor‑sharp creative tool to help brands connect to culture and audiences
• Expertise in developing brand narratives and big ideas that transcend channels while also being able to craft even the smallest assets and social media caption
• Ability to develop convincing selling arguments and powerful, well‑argued decks
• Confident use of common AI tools for research, mockups, animations, including critical evaluation and optimization of results
• Passion for innovation, emerging media, and creative excellence
• Experience working with large, international brands and cross‑functional teams
• Knowledge of the entire MS office suite as well as Keynote, ideally also understanding of content management systems and their requirements for structured content
• Structured, self‑directed way of working with a high sense of ownership
• Team spirit, openness, and enthusiasm for creative excellence
