FRASER Berlin is seeking a capable project manager to oversee digital campaigns for leading brands. You will drive end-to-end delivery, align timelines, budgets, and teams, and act as the trusted daily contact for clients.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in digital project management, are fluent in English and German, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, international agency. Flexible hours and a great office in Kreuzberg accompany competitive pay.

• Managing national and international digital projects and campaigns end-to-end, from briefing through to delivery
• Owning project timelines, resource planning, and budget tracking across multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Writing proposals, preparing estimates, and handling invoicing with confidence and accuracy
• Acting as a trusted day-to-day contact for clients; proactive, clear, and always one step ahead
• Coordinating the collaboration between creative, strategy, concepting, and social media teams
• Spotting opportunities to grow client relationships and contributing to business development
• Preparing and presenting project updates, results, and reports for both clients and leadership

Your profile

• 2–4 years of experience in project management, ideally within a digital or creative agency
• A structured, organized mindset: you hold complexity without losing the detail
• Comfort with numbers: budgets, estimates, timelines, and margins don't faze you
• A genuine love for building client relationships and keeping them strong
• Strong communicator in both English and German, written and spoken
• A team player who knows when to lead, when to listen, and when to push back
