Job Responsibilities

1. Serve as the central contact for the regional Service Leadership team, managing all financial questions and FP&A processes in the region.
2. Support budget planning, monthly forecasts, and weekly pipeline and backlog analyses.
3. Assist budget owners in creating and controlling their operational budgets.
4. Analyze revenue variances and plan and evaluate available delivery capacities across all service lines.
5. Develop and implement our consumption- and standard cost-based calculation model to enhance profitability.
6. Work closely with the Regional Finance Team to transparently manage revenue and sales costs and sustainably improve results.
7. Drive process and technology improvements in financial planning in collaboration with the Divisional CFO.

Job Requirements

1. Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
2. At least five years of experience in controlling or financial planning & analysis, preferably in an international tech company.
3. Experience managing a full profit and loss statement in a global environment.
4. Ability to prepare complex data in an understandable and actionable manner for diverse audiences.
5. Strong teamwork, persuasion, and change management skills.
6. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with database systems.
7. Confident presentation and communication skills in English and German.
8. Structured, independent working style with an analytical mindset and good prioritization skills.
