Jobtailor in Germany seeks an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to guide mid- to large-size clients through complex implementations and optimizations.

You will map business requirements to Oracle Cloud functionality, lead client interactions, and collaborate with sales, engineering, and project teams to deliver value and ensure client satisfaction. You will drive strategic insights, develop account plans, and oversee testing and knowledge transfer.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance or engineering as a baseline.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred for senior client leadership.
• 5–10 years of client services or related experience.
• Module experience in Talent Management, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Payroll, Core HR or Compensation.
• Proven ability to manage senior-level client relationships and deliver projects.
• Experience with at least 3 full life-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Oracle Certification in the module of expertise preferred.

Aufgaben

• Maintain regular communication with mid-sized to large clients, understand needs and feedback.

• Lead and present to clients and internal teams.
• Advise clients on options, risks, and impacts to processes and systems.
• Manage scope and client expectations and deliver test scripts.
• Participate in internal training and knowledge-sharing forums.
• Provide knowledge transfer to clients and create specification documents for development.
• Drive Oracle Cloud innovations, enhancements, and testing of new functionality.
• Manage client accounts, including renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Develop account plans to maximize value for clients and Argano.
• Focus on maintenance, reconfiguration, and new functionality/modules.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and promptly address issues or complaints.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, project managers, and internal teams.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to management and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or Engineering expected


• MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred


• 5–10 years of Client Services experience or in a related field


• Module-specific experience in Talent Management, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Payroll, Core HR, or Compensation


• Demonstrated understanding of business practice concepts within the module of expertise


• Track record of building long-lasting client relationships


• Experience with at least 3 full life-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations


• Ability to understand fundamental system design and purpose


• Ability to engage effectively at the business and technical level


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Oracle certification in the module of expertise preferred


• Experience with OTBI, HDL, HSDL, BIP, and FastFormula


• Ability to manage and deliver projects, including planning and estimating


• Proven ability to support sales as a Subject Matter Expert
