Qestit Ag in Germany seeks a Senior Consultant Test Management to plan, implement and monitor test processes, ensuring software quality and alignment with stakeholders across projects.

You will define an overarching test strategy, create functional test cases, manage bug fixes and releases, and mentor colleagues while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifikationen

As a Senior Consultant Test Management, you are responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring test processes, ensuring software quality and liaising with various stakeholders to achieve optimal test results. You take on a central role in complex projects, identify risks in the testing process at an early stage, and proactively develop suitable solutions.

Responsibilities

• You take on the preparation, planning and monitoring of tests in the relevant project phases together with the various stakeholders.
• In doing so, you manage bug fixes and test releases and set up reports on test progress.
• You are responsible for creating and implementing training courses for test management tools and processes.
• Defining an overarching test strategy and creating the functional test cases fall within your area of responsibility.
• With your expertise, you actively develop lasting client relationships.
• As a mentor, you are always there for your colleagues with your experience.

Qualifications

• You have at least 5 years of experience in software testing.
• In addition to in-depth knowledge of processes and methods, you also have user knowledge in software development and project management (fundamental test process, error management, Scrum).
• A high level of client and service orientation, strong communication skills and your team-player mentality round out your profile.
• Your trolley is always ready to roll, and you are happy to use it regularly for business trips.
• With business fluent German language skills (C1) and ISTQB certification, you fulfil two key requirements for a successful start with us.
