Qestit AG in Germany seeks a Management Consultant Test Management to lead the technical management of test teams, define test strategy, and own the success of all test activities.

You will coordinate cross-process activities with release and requirements management, mentor colleagues, and nurture long-term client relationships, including pre-sales support.

Fluent German (C1) and ISTQB Advanced Level certification are required; IREB or PSPO/PSM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

You are responsible for strategic test management including process improvements.

In doing so, you take on the cross-process coordination for the overall procedure (e.g. with release management and requirements management).

In addition to managing multiple test projects, you are responsible for defining an overarching test strategy.

Overall responsibility for the success of the test activities lies with you.

You manage successful client relationships and provide support in pre-sales.

With your expertise, you are a mentor for your colleagues.

Qualifications

You have a high level of client and service orientation as well as strong communication skills at all levels up to C-level.

Your expertise includes 7 years in software testing as a responsible test manager.

In addition, you are experienced in leading and coaching project teams.

Furthermore, you bring experience in expanding client relationships and sales.

Your expert knowledge of processes, methods, software development and project management (fundamental test process, error management, Scrum) guarantees your success.

You are always confident in dealing with critical project situations.

With business fluent German language skills (C1), an ISTQB Advanced Level certificate and ideally IREB or PSM/PSPO, you have everything it takes to join our team.
