Responsibilities
- You take ownership of complex project workstreams, combining your industry expertise with strategic analysis. You quickly grasp unfamiliar problems end-to-end and structure them efficiently to develop tailored recommendations for our clients.
- Design compelling client‑ready materials and communicate insights confidently to senior customers, always keeping the bigger picture in mind.
- Cultivate strong relationships with mid‑to senior‑level clients by understanding their needs and steering projects toward impactful outcomes.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, balancing priorities while ensuring all deliverables are cohesive and meet the highest standards.
- Act as a role model within the team, mentor junior colleagues on analytical techniques and foster their growth through encouraging feedback and guidance.
Qualifications
- Education: Exceptional Master’s/Ph.D./MBA degree with several years of extensive professional experience in consulting or a related field.
- Experience & Skills: Strong background in strategic consulting, running multiple workstreams, and leading complex analysis projects; excellent problem‑structuring skills; strong analytical and conceptual skills; entrepreneurial mindset; experience coaching junior colleagues ensuring zero‑defect deliverables.
- Ways of Working: Independent, solution‑oriented style, empathy, and ability to inspire others.
- Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
