In this Senior Strategy Project Manager role, you will drive strategic initiatives within Global Service Operations (GSO). Your work focuses on leading high-impact strategic projects, conducting business and market analysis to guide decision-making, and driving operational planning and process improvements. You will operate with a high degree of independence, solving complex challenges, shaping long-term strategy, and coaching junior team members.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Independently manage full lifecycle strategic projects for Global Service Operations, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop project plans, including resources, budgets, and timelines, and report progress to senior leadership.
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders to ensure commitment and successful delivery.
- Analyze industry, market, and competitive trends to identify opportunities and risks.
- Provide data-driven insights to support long-term strategic planning for GSO.
- Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
What You Bring
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Significant experience in business strategy, corporate development, project management, or in-house consulting.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects independently in a global corporate environment.
- Strong background in service-related industries such as energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
- Advanced analytical skills, including forecasting and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with ability to collaborate across teams.
